SimpleVDR provides a secure virtual data room platform for document management and sharing. Our services include:

• Secure document storage and encryption
• User access management and permissions
• Activity tracking and audit logs
• Document viewing with watermarks and security controls

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kelion SRL, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
